Our center is guided by a mission which consists of three components:

Active Engagement: Serving communities and tourism organizations and businesses with practical and up-to-date expertise and skills.
Creative Discovery: Advancing the discipline of tourism and hospitality through basic and applied research dealing with issues at both local and global levels.
Experiential Learning: Providing hands-on research opportunities for tourism and hospitality students to develop their life-long learning skills.
