Research in foodservice is conducted through the Arthur Avery Foodservice Research Laboratory and supports the search for solutions to current management problems in the foodservice industry.
The Avery laboratory supports the instructional and research activities essential to graduate education and the undergraduate North American Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) Equipment and Supply Education Program.
