At Purdue,
there are lots of housing options so you're bound to find the perfect
place to call home. About 85 percent of the first-year class chooses
to live in University housing on campus. These "neighborhoods" are
a great place to make friends and get connected to campus life.
You can find out about University Residences and other housing options
from the Office
of Admissions.
Another option is to join
a learning community. Learning communities are open to first-year
students and provide a great way to make friends and learn the ropes
at Purdue with other students who are interested in the same things
as you. Some learning communities have a residence option, which
means you not only take classes with other students in your community,
but you also live on the same floor in a University residence.
