Target Programs
CFS Extension has identified issues of concern to Indiana citizens and developed five target programs to address them. Extension educators, who work in Purdue Extension offices in every Indiana county, are presenting these programs.

This program deals with family decisions and relationships in later life, and encourages families to talk about and plan for changing needs in later life.

Provides communities with information and strategies to help children achieve healthy weights.

Participants learn techniques for taking control of their finances and for achieving financial stability.
Living Well for Life
This program facilitates collaborative efforts to educate older adults about how a healthy lifestyle will contribute to their social and emotional well-being.
Dining with Diabetes
Participants will learn how to reduce sugar, salt, and fat in their diet without giving up good taste. More
