with the departmental academic advisors maintains the academic files
of current CFS students and graduates.
How to Access Your File
It is imperative that you secure your student file before meeting
with your academic advisor.
- CDFS students may obtain their student file from the receptionist
in Fowler House, Room 125.
- CFS Ed students may obtain their student file from the receptionist
in Stone Hall, Room 118.
- CSR students may obtain their student file from the receptionist
in Matthews Hall, Room 223.
- F&N students may obtain their student file from the receptionist
in Stone Hall, Room 118.
- HTM students may obtain their student file from the receptionist
in Stone Hall, Room B15.
Academic Progress
Report
Through SSINFO you
may obtain an academic progress report showing total courses completed
for a grade, pass/no pass, transfer credit, and credit by exam.
All of these courses are recorded on an option sheet in your student
folder in the CFS Office of Student Services. It is your responsibility
to ensure accuracy of all academic records. An audit of academic
progress may be requested by scheduling an appointment with an
academic advisor in the Office of Student
Services or a departmental advisor.

Transfer Credit
If you are a current college student and are considering transferring
to Purdue University to complete your degree, you may have
