Advisors in the CFS Office of Student Services are available to
answer questions concerning your major, academic programs, graduation
requirements, career opportunities, and University regulations.
If you are interested in meeting with an academic advisor, please
make an appointment by either stopping in (Stone Hall, Rm. 118)
or calling (765) 494-8533.
Its the policy of the School of Consumer and Family Sciences
to assign you an academic advisor in the department where your major
is located following initial registration. If you are undecided
about a major, you will be advised by a counselor in CFS Student
Services.
The undergraduate academic counseling program is designed to help
you reach specific goals. Your counselor will help you explore the
different majors and professions and details of the academic options
and degree requirements. Additionally, you and your counselor will
discuss registration and course selection for the next semester.
