Families has been interviewing parents and their middle-school children

Rick Mattes, Foods and Nutrition
Taste and smell guide food choice so that we avoid “the bad”
and ingest “the good.” However, can we trust our senses
to maintain or optimize health? Do some people have more reliable
senses or do our senses change depending on circumstances? Join
Dr. Mattes as he demonstrates and discusses these sensory issues.

Teresa Eloff, director of undergraduate recruitment, will give you
an in-depth look at the school’s facilities. The tour will
