Taste and smell guide food choice so that we avoid “the bad” and ingest “the good.” However, can we trust our senses to maintain or optimize health? Do some people have more reliable senses or do our senses change depending on circumstances? Join Dr. Mattes as he demonstrates and discusses these sensory issues.
