Distinguished Alumni
This award honors CFS alumni over 35 years
of age who have made significant career advancements, including
long-term leadership within their chosen profession and noteworthy
professional accomplishments.
Outstanding
Young Professional
CFS alumni 35 or younger who have demonstrated outstanding career
development are eligible for this award. Nominees should be supportive
of the profession and be involved in professional organizations,
the School alumni association, and/or community activities.
Community
Service
CFS alumni who have demonstrated leadership ability in the community
by developing or contributing to the development of private or public
programs that enhance the quality of life for families and communities
are eligible for this award.
Friend
of Purdue
This award honors those who have made significant contributions
to the enhancement of CFS through personal or professional influence,
service, or financial support. Award winners do not have to be CFS
alumni.
Nominations must include a
completed form (photocopies of the form at left are acceptable),
a current resume of the nominee, and an attachment answering the
following questions please give specific examples:
- Please describe significant career accomplishments
such as results and impact of programs launched through the nominee's
efforts.
- Please describe how the nominee has displayed
leadership within their chosen profession or community.
- Please describe how the nominee's community
contributions have enhanced the quality of life for families.
- Please describe the nominee's career
development (previous positions, accomplishments, etc.).
- For the Friend of Purdue Award, please
describe nominee's personal and/or financial contributions to
Purdue.
