The department offers the following undergraduate programs leading to Bachelor of Science degrees.

• Nutrition, Fitness, and Health
• Nutrition Science

At the graduate level, MS and PhD degree programs are offered. Students interested in a graduate degree in nutrition, enter the Interdepartmental Nutrition Program. Training is provided in one of the following emphasis groups:

• Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition
• Human and Clinical Nutrition
• Animal Health, Growth and Development
• Public Health and Education
• Foods
