Congratulations to Casey Irene Hentrup, the recipient of a $1000 Scholarship from the Financial Planning Association of Greater Indiana. Casey was one of four students from across Indiana who was awarded this highly competitive scholarship. She was selected for this award based on her academic achievements, work experience, community and extra-curricular involvement and her desire to pursue a career in Financial Planning. A senior in the Department of Consumer Sciences and Retailing majoring in Financial Planning, Casey has maintained high scholarship, participated in several Study Abroad experiences in London and Guadalajara, Mexico and has held offices in the Professional Development Council and the Collegiate Financial Planners Club at Purdue. The Financial Planning Scholarship Award was presented to Casey by Adan Diaz, Director of Career Development for the Indiana Financial Planning Association, at their quarterly meeting in Indianapolis on November 7th, 2008. Casey is from Marysville, Indiana.
