Graduate students in Consumer Sciences and Retailing may be
invited to join the following honor societies.
Gamma Sigma Delta is the honor society of
Agriculture, Consumer and Family Sciences and Veterinary Medicine.
Membership is often recognized by recruiters, colleagues, and
foreign and domestic governments as an indicator of exceptional
academic and/or professional importance. Visit

Kappa Omicron Nu is an honor society for
students in family and consumer sciences or a specialization
within family and consumer sciences. The organization's mission
is to empower leaders through scholarship, research, and leadership
