2012 Fellowship recipients announced

The Center for Families is pleased to announce three new fellowship recipients.

Lisa Guntzviller, doctoral candidate in the Brian Lamb School of Communication, has been awarded the Van Scoyoc Fellowship for the summer of 2012 for her project "Interaction Goals, Parenting, and Language Brokering."

Katie Lowe, a doctoral student in the Human Development and Family Studies Department, has been awarded the Van Scoyoc Fellowship for the summer of 2012 for her project " Parental Involvement in the College Transition."

Oliver Wendt, Assistant Professor in the Departments of Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences, and Educational Studies has been awarded the Kontos Faculty Fellowship for the 2012-2013 year for his project “Effects of a parent-implemented augmentative and alternative communication program for children with severe autism.”
