This is a professional development and research project, a collaboration with Mary McMullen at Indiana University . The goal is to assess the professional development needs of leaders in birth to three services in Indiana and to develop resources and educational activities to meet the identified needs. The primary activities of the project include: 1) working with a Statewide Steering Committee to conduct needs assessments and coordinate professional development statewide; 2) enhancing and and maintaining the Infant Toddler Specialist Web Site, in collaboration with Purdue Cooperative Extension; and 3) conducting an annual Infant Toddler Specialists of Indiana (ITSI) Professional Development Institute, a two-day conference at Purdue or Indiana University.
