Biography

I came to Purdue University after spending over 25 years in faith-based human service administration, so my research interests and activities are focused on applied research such as program evaluation. My other great passions are teaching undergraduate students and mentoring graduate students to become successful instructors. I am currently interested in innovative pedagogy, evaluation of student learning, and efficient integration of technology with teaching. Additional research interests include the interaction effects of personality and temperament typology on marital and family relationships. I also provide leadership to the It's My Child Too fathering program.
