Undergraduate Research

There are several opportunities for undergraduate students to gain research experience in the College of Consumer and Family Sciences.

  • The CFS Honors Program provides undergraduates with the opportunity to work with a faculty mentor on a research project in an area of their interest. Seniors in the program present their research project at the annual CFS Honors Colloquium. Students may enter the CFS Honors Program at any time.
  • The Center for Families offers internships for undergraduates interested in gaining hands-on research experience with families and/or children.
