HTM undergraduate students are required to complete a hospitality internship (HTM 30200) before graduation. The main goal of this internship requirement is to help students gain industry experience. The HTM department considers an internship to be a position within a hospitality company for a minimum of 400 hours and one in which the student is rotated and gets experience in at least three major areas.
