Regular Exams: Regular exams are generally multiple-choice, true-false, matching type questions. They will also have one essay question over a food topic and one over a nutrition topic. Each mini-exam will be worth 40 points.
Final Exam: The final comprehensive exam is generally multiple-choice, true-false, matching type questions.
Mini-Exam 1: Exam 1 is currently scheduled for September 9, 2009.
Mini-Exam 2: Exam 2 is currently scheduled for September 23, 2009.
Mini-Exam 3: Exam 3 is currently scheduled for October 7, 2009.Mini-Exam 4: Exam 4 is currently scheduled for October 21, 2009.
Mini-Exam 5: Exam 5 is currently scheduled for November 4, 2009.
Mini-Exam 6: Exam 6 is currently scheduled for Novenber 18, 2009.
Mini-Exam 7: Exam 7 is currently scheduled for December 2, 2009.
